 Robert
A. Buckwald, Ph.D., CEO
 Dr.
Buckwald is co-founder, Board member and CEO of CI Systems Ltd. He has
30 years experience managing electro-optics instrumentation companies
and products. He was a co-founder of Applied Spectral Imaging and served
as its CEO until July 1999. Dr. Buckwald presently serves as Chairman
of the Board of CI Technologies, Inc. and PetrometriX
Ltd. Under Dr. Buckwald’s management, CI Systems went public in
Tel-Aviv in 1993. Dr. Buckwald holds a PhD in Physics from Ohio State
University (1969) and was a member of the Faculty of Physics at the
Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. He holds over 30 patents.
Dario
Cabib, Ph.D., Chief Technology Officer, Chairman of the Board
 Dr.
Cabib is a co-founder of CI Systems Ltd. and presently serves as its
Chief Technology Officer and Chairman of the Board. During the years
1995-1999, he served as Chief Scientist of Applied Spectral Imaging,
Ltd. His work led to ASI’s receiving the coveted European Information
Technology prize for the best new product of the year. He has 30 years
of experience in managing the development of electro-optics technologies
and products. Dr. Cabib is a member of the Board of Directors of CI
Technologies, Inc., PetrometriX, Ltd. and Applied Spectral Imaging, Ltd. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Physics from Michigan
State University in the field of semiconductor physics (1973), and was
a Senior Research Fellow at the Faculty of Physics of the Technion -
Israel Institute of Technology. Dr. Cabib holds over 30 patents.
Moshe
Lavi, B.Sc., VP - New Product Development
Mr. Lavi joined CI Systems in 1984 and since
then has served in various positions. Today, Mr. Lavi is responsible
for manufacturing, logistics, service and engineering. He has 30 years
experience in the field of electro-optics including positions held
at El-Op and Applied Spectral Imaging, at which he was the Director
of Engineering. He received a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from
the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 1980.
Tzvi
Hardoon, C.P.A. (Israel), Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Hardoon joined the company as CFO in April
2000. Previous to his appointment at CI Systems, he served as a senior
manager at Ernst & Young from 1999-2000. From 1993-1998, he was
a partner in Ratzkovsky Fried.
Efraim
Tzafrir, VP - Marketing and Sales – E-O Division
Since May 1999, Mr. Tzafrir is the director of
Sales and Marketing of the E-O division. Previous to this appointment,
he has held various management positions of increasing responsibility
at CI Systems, including manager of the Opto-Mechanical Development
and manager of US operations.
Mr. Tzafrir has been involved in electo-optics since his graduation
from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, as an E-O engineer.
Before joining CI Systems, he worked in Fibronics, a leading company
in the area of fiber optics, and in Motorola, where he worked in communications.
Shay
Tina, Director of Marketing and Sales – CI Semi
Mr. Shay Tina is responsible for the marketing and sales activity
of CI Semi, the semiconductor division of CI Systems.
Mr. Tina joined CI Systems in 1998, prior to which he served in engineering
and management positions for several leading defense firms. He received
his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with Honors at the Technion -
Israel Institute of Technology, in 1988 and his M.B.A. in 1996.
Yoram
Naor, VP – CI Semi Division
Mr. Naor heads the semi division including engineering and R&D department. With over 15 years of experience as an applications engineer,
product manager and as a manager of CI operations in the US, Yoram
has a broad understanding of the customer’s needs and how to
develop products that meet these needs.
Mr. Naor received his EE M. Sc. Degree from the Technion - Israel
Institute of Technology, in electro-optic systems.
