An infrared detector test bench, the IDTB is designed for focal plane array detector testing. Highly sensitive and accurate CI blackbodies are the radiation sources: the SR-20 for focused testing and the SR-800 for flood testing. The IDTB operates in the 3-5µm and the 8-12 µm spectral range by concentrating its F#1 optics to focus the IR beam on individual pixels.
